This small glass is an arrangement of traditional techniques and design. The entire glass is made to look like a kimono, with rubbed glass in the middle like a belt. The vertical line pattern engraved on this glass is called "tokusa". The pattern is named after the "tokusa" leaves used to polish gold to increase its luster, and is an auspicious pattern that calls for money.
