Bend, fold, stretch. "Suzugami" is a tin vessel that can be freely shaped.
Shouryu is a new brand created by one of ten remaining craftsmen in entire Japan capable of making Buddhist Orin bells. The modern Suzugami plates and bowls are made of tin, which are hammered to be malleable so that constantly be reshaped. Suzugami series are sought out by notable Nobu, Narisawa restautants among others.
The largest 24x24 is a size that can be used by a large number of people to share salads or soba noodles. In addition, it can be used in various ways, such as raising the edge greatly and inserting plants.
